Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the quality of UNWIND and want you to have the opportunity to experience it for yourself.
If you've given UNWIND a fair try and don't feel it's the right fit for you, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll review your request promptly and work with you to find a fair solution, including issuing a refund when appropriate under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to give customers confidence in trying UNWIND while helping us protect against misuse or fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, repeated refund requests, or other misuse of this policy. To ensure fairness for all customers, our Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one refund per household.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shopdailyreset.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.
If you've changed your mind before opening your product, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to determine whether your purchase qualifies for a return.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we'll provide complete return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund after it has been issued.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@shopdailyreset.com.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
